On January 27, another Panther eclipsed 1,000 points in their varsity boys basketball career. Landen Haynes hit his 1,000th point against Redwood in a key EYL matchup that helped secure Panther’s in their EYL victory. After the game, Haynes reflected on the milestone, saying his senior year has been the best of his high school basketball career “because I reached 1,000 points and won EYL with the guys I’ve grown up playing basketball with.”
Landen was later named EYL MVP after an incredible season, both accomplishments well deserved. Congratulations to Landen on back-to-back EYL titles, reaching 1,000 points, earning EYL MVP, and cementing his legacy as a panther!!!
