Smile- Movie Review
After witnessing a strange, traumatic incident involving one of her patients, Dr. Rose Cotter starts experiencing frightening occurrences that she can’t explain. As an overwhelming terror begins taking over her life, Rose must confront her troubling past in order to survive and escape her horrifying new reality. Smile, based on the 2020 sort film, Laura Hasn’t Slept by the film’s director Parker Finn, this movie is sure to haunt you.
Now, it’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed a scary movie because usually, I don’t like watching them, but let me tell you, this movie was crazy! The background music gave me chills throughout my body, making the scary scenes even scarier. The balance of suspense, comedy, and thriller that was included in this film was just the right amount. The comedic scenes are what helped calm my nerves from the scary scenes, and allow me to keep watching. This movie was so well put together, constantly making me guess what was going to happen next but also giving clues on what was to come. I give this movie a 9/10, I definitely recommend you watch it!
