Ariana Gil Mendoza, 12th                   What’s your warm-up routine?                    -“I do my everyday stretches, my warm-up mile and leg swings.”                               How long have you been in cross country?                                                            -“I have been in cross country since freshman year.”                                    What’s the most difficult part of being in cross country?                                                  -“When you’re in a race and your legs get tight and start to hurt.”
