Girls’ Golf had a match against Tulare Western on Wednesday, September 23, at the Tulare Golf Course. Initially, the game was scheduled for Tuesday but got rescheduled due to the poor air quality. Even though the team felt confident going in, Tulare Western came out with the win. This was the team’s first time playing at the Tulare Golf Course instead of River Island Golf Course this season and may have played into the final outcome. First-year golfer, junior Brenna Galloway shared her thoughts on the subject, “It was a pretty normal game! The only thing different was the course. We had never played at the Tulare Golf Course, so it was new and different.” The team’s next match up is set for Tuesday, September 28th against Delano at River Island.
