I went around and interviewed some seniors. I asked them what their favorite part of campus is and where they hang out.
“My favorite place on campus is the library because it’s fresh there; you can go in there and sit down. I like to hang out on benches next to the quad because it’s in the center of everything, and I can see everything going around, especially the lunch activities.” Cynthia J., Senior
“The quad is my favorite part of the campus because it makes the school look newer, better, and more spacious. I like to hang out with my friends on the left side of the H building.” Iris C., Senior
“The place that’s my favorite part of campus is the student store because I like to go in there and buy snacks. I like to hang out with my friends in Mr. Cartagena’s class during lunch and catch up on things.” Jesus A., Senior
“My favorite part of campus would be the science building; I like to hang out with my friends in the cafeteria while I eat.” Shyanne Y., Senior
“I would say my favorite part of campus and where I hang out is the Library because it’s nice and quiet and gives me motivation to read, it’s the quietest place where I can have peace.” Mariel G., Senior
“I like to hang out in the cafeteria and quad because I get to eat and hang out with my friends at the same time and get to see school events that happen in the center. My favorite part of campus would be the benches in front of the cafeteria.” Natalia E., Senior
“I hang out with my friends in the aero classrooms because we enjoy eating there and with our classmates. I guess my favorite part of campus would be the cafeteria because of the food.” Jesus L., Senior
“I don’t have a favorite part of campus but I hang out with my friends on the benches in front of the office, I like it because we are close to the Student store.” Diego A., Senior
“I like to hang out with my friends next to the West side of the D building because I get to see the other guys play football while I eat and talk to my friends. My favorite part of campus is the quad.” Anthony H., Senior

Interesting, 56 years later and students still hang out at the same places I did in 1968. The quad is more beautiful and still the center of Panther Land.
