Also try and make time for self-care activities that you enjoy like reading or going for a walk or even listening to music. and just take a few minutes each day to reflect on things you’re thankful for, no matter how small they may seem, this can help shirt your negative thoughts to positive thoughts. you can also try and talk to a friend or a close family member for support. Remember its okay to not be okay. take things one day at a time and be kind to yourself.
