Since students cannot leave campus during lunch without an off-campus pass, the only on-campus food options are the cafeteria food and the student store food. The closest thing to fast food the school has to offer is the pizza from the student store. But, that still doesn’t make the cut when that is the same thing being served every single day. Living in modern times, it’s not so hard to get food delivered to you in just a manner of minutes. Food delivery apps have been around for some time now and have made “dining in” a convenient option for many people, especially students. Whether it’s a drop-off at the band parking lot or by the front office, students are using food delivery apps to enjoy the meal of their choice without causing havoc for their parents- delivery-wise, at least. With the technology used today, all it takes is a click of a button to order a full-course meal to be delivered to you. The one thing many people tend to overlook is the delivery fees. Sure, ordering through an app is suitable in many ways, but people usually pay more for the delivery fee than their actual food. The controversy concerns deciding what app to use to help individuals save money. With a variety of apps to choose from, what makes one app better than the other?
