Meet the Varsity Boys’ Water Polo Team

Fall sports are in full swing, including boys’ water polo! With nine seniors returning our Panthers look to make a splash in the pool this season. *Most people can hold their breath for somewhere between 30 seconds and up to 2 minutes. The longest time breath held voluntarily (male) is 24 min 37.36 sec, achieved by Budimir Šobat (Croatia), in Sisak, Croatia, on 27 March 2021.

What’s the most difficult part about water polo? The most difficult thing about water polo is 360 backhand. What’s your favorite thing about water polo?  My favorite thing about water polo is hanging out with my team and scoring.  How long can you hold your breath? The hardest part about water polo is just having to keep up with all the swimming.                                                  What is your favorite part about water polo? My favorite part is doing stuff before like practices, games, and just being able to hang out. How long can you hold your breath? What’s the most difficult part about water polo?   It’s probably be treading water, it can be very difficult sometimes, especially in a game.         What’s your favorite thing about water polo? My favorite part would probably be the people there are just a lot of really cool people. It’s just really fun to be around them. What’s your favorite thing about water polo? My favorite thing is definitely the team because the team is always just outstanding when we work together. How long can you hold your breath?
