Tuesday, December 7, Varsity Boys’ Soccer Team had a game against Kerman High School. It was an away game that started off slowly during the entire first half. Kerman scored three goals throughout the entire game allowing them to maintain the lead. Although Kerman remained with the lead the boys finished the first half off strong. Junior Midfield, Orlando Magana scored a goal at the start off of the second half. Orlando says, “We played good, they just beat us based on the mistakes that we made”. It was the only goal scored for the remainder of the game leaving the score to an overall of Porterville 1, Kerman 3. The boys have a tournament game against Sierra Pacific here at home on Friday, December 10 at 4:30.
