Hey Panthers! We are thrilled to introduce our new athletic director and see what he has to bring to the position. With lots of coaching experience and a love for sports, he is ready to take our athletic program to the next level. So get ready, Panthers, for some amazing changes and new energy in our athletics! Our new director has a history of building strong teams and creating winning strategies. He believes in the power of sports bringing people together and inspiring greatness. The Orange & Green News Staff is very confident that his leadership will make a big difference for our athletes and our school!

What made you decide to become a sports coach?                                     

“I just grew up playing sports, and once I figured out I wasn’t going to be a professional athlete, I figured this was the next best thing.”                                                                                                

Did you do any sports when you were in high school?                       

“Yes, I played football, basketball, and baseball in high school.”

What is your favorite part of working here?           

“My favorite part working here is all the relationships I created with all the faculty and all the students that have been here through the years and played for me and been in my classes for 30 years.”

How does it feel to replace the last athletic director?                             

“It’s an honor; he did a good job, and fortunately enough, this year, he will help me during my first year to mentor me. I’m lucky for that experience; I don’t look at it as replacing him–I look at it as continuing his legacy and keeping it going.”
