This Tuesday, the Varsity Water Polo Girls’ team won against Tulare Union 16 -5. Due to the poor air quality, multiple practices have been canceled, but our girls worked very hard in this game to obtain the win. Unfortunately, in their first league game, September 29th, the team lost to Tulare Western 18-6. The team regrouped and decided they wanted to turn it (their game) around this against Union, luckily, they did. Senior Alondra Arroyo said, what stood out to her most about this game was… “we have been learning something new, and although it was not perfect, we managed to succeed on the play.”
