Are you into Movies from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and early 2000s? Then you won’t want to miss this! Porterville High School’s Choir program will host a movie-themed Pops Concert. The Pops concert is every choir student’s favorite concert because not only is it singing, but choreography is involved. Each choir group will perform a couple of songs as well as a combined performance with all the groups together. There will also be soloists performing and even duets. The students work really hard from March all the way to May to make this concert very entertaining, as well as the choir director Ms. Klippenstein. You are able to receive tickets from any choir student or buy them at the door on the 19th. The concert will take place in the Porterville Auditorium on May 19th at 7 pm. Hope to see you there!
